Will a regular twin duvet cover still fit a bed that’s twin XL?What’s the L-W-H measurements of a twin XL bed?
I’m moving into a dorm room for the first time. I have a duvet cover that’s a regular twin size, but the dorm bed size is twin XL. I know the fitted sheet and flat sheet have to be twin XL, but if i don’t tuck the cover under the mattress won’t it fit enough to just hang over a little bit on the sides and end? I’m 5′1″ so length enough to cover me shouldn’t be much of a problem! The specific measurements of each bed size as well as your opinion on the fit would be highly appreciated!!
An XL is 6 inches longer that a regular twin. the width is the same . Your cover will be just a little shorter from the top of the bed. Add a couple of throw pillows and you will never see the difference.
