Mattress Cover Queen
Has anyone used a twin size comforter on a full size bed for a kid?
I have a full bed with full size sheets for my 3 year old. I want to buy the matching duvet cover/comforter and it only comes in a twin or a full/queen size. I think the full/queen might be too big (especially for a kid). I am curious if anyone has used a twin on a full bed and whether it looks weird. A full mattress is 54″ x 75″ and the twin duvet is 68″ x 86″ and the full/queen duvet is 90″ x 88″. So, the twin duvet should at least cover the mattress but I want to make sure it doesn’t look weird.
Yes, it will look weird. The blanekt will end up just covering the top of the bed and won’t fall over like it should. Just get the bigger size – your kid will grow into it.
